• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–10 business days for Canada.

• We offer free shipping on all orders, including merchandise insurance.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

⚠️ Delays and Exceptions

• Encantos del Monte is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, customs, high seasonal demand, etc.).

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
