1. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products (charcuterie and food), we do not accept returns once delivered. This measure guarantees the safety, freshness, and hygiene of every order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives in poor condition, damaged during shipping, or with a preparation error:

Send us clear photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging.
After review, we will offer you one of these options:

Replacement of the product at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product:

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If canceled on time, you will receive a full refund.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Timeframe
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
